3 members of my team ragequit 10 minutes into promos

While the duo queue is screaming stuff like "you're a f*g" or "gtfo scrub" to my team and going 0-5 after raging at the rest of the team not to feed. Stuff like this happens almost every promo series, if not on one team then on the other...

But it's ok cause Riot "muh Ph.D" Lyte says ~~ tribunal is effective~~ chat restrict is effective (oh wait WHAT TRIBUNAL HAHAHAHAHAHA) and gets toxic players out of ranked.
