I would not say shyvana is viable because she feels really bad right now to play...

Just because a champion is bad to play it doesn't make them unviable. Unviable is like a shitty version of a nother champion, like there is no reason to pick the said champion (Aatrox)

Well here is plat shyvana is pretty average.. definitly cant carry with her

If you are good at a champion you can carry with them in the current state of the game unless you are playing kalista.
