Whys Diana mid a bad thing if jg is occupied?

I keep being told its a waste of her potential, though she's generally my solution to champions (mainly assassins) that i dislike fighting or do not know many counters to. Playing her mid I can easily stomp (not to be a jerk) zed post 6, fizz 3+, akali, ekko and yasuo are manageable though i could just pick annie or malzahar, she's got decent mobility depending on what camps are up to escape ganks and some beefiness to wear down any other assassins. thoughts...? Keep hearing its a waste.

Keep playing her. Diana mid is no less valid a pick than Diana jungle and I'm not sure why anyone would think otherwise. She's a great champion in both roles, especially if you're good with her.

There is nothing wrong with playing Diana mid-lane.

While I personally preferred her in the jungle when Runeglaive existed, she's still a strong and viable mid-laner.

You're hearing this because Scarra (I think it was him) stopped playing her mid for varied reasons, BUT this has ZERO effect in your elo so do not stop.
