Zilean is in this crack where he's completely useless or completely unstoppable
teams only use him to turn a 5v5 into a 5v4+Guardian Angel
his kit has no interactivity or counter play, just bomb ult rewind and i dont know why he hasn't been a priority sooner
I saw pbe changes to remove his global passive but thats like putting a band aid on a broken arm

He might even get a full relaunch like Sion did, considering he needs a VU, kit rework, and lore update.

He can get a ms buff, dump a bomb on you(he can hold 2 and the range is TOO LONG), then get out before you can shove your middle finger up his butthole. He gives everyone extra xp, it's really, just, OP. Even the terrible behind champions can easily keep leveling with his stupid passive that has nothing to do with time. His CDR ability is just, useless, and completely annoying. It can let him spam his tricking bombs even easier. His ult really is just dumb, it is a good idea, but it has little risk with high reward. Just ult your best champ, and they can go ham without dying... I really hate Zilean, and I'm SO glad he's not free anymore...
