Perhaps Cull could be built into Flesheater?

Hello. Cull is a long-time favourite item of mine that i believe has fallen heavily out of meta at the moment, due to the extremely short laning phases and generally very short games.

Additionally, Flesheater has historically been my absolute favourite league of legends item of all time. It was extremely fun to use and encouraged lane interaction, essentially turning any champion that could use it into a mini-Nasus - but with considerable more counterplay. It was quite costly and as such you were giving up a significant chunk of gold for the potential it provided, and it also came with considerable risk in-lane.

I would love to see this item return, albeit heavily rebalanced for the current state of the game. I would NOT want this item to be a meta one - but rather a heavily situational item akin to mercurial scimitar, edge of night or banshee's veil.

Oh man that sounds like a nightmare.

First off it would need to have a cap. It would also need to be upgradable. (assuming you want this to be a starting item.) There would be no point in stacking it if it will eventually be sold. Unless those stacks attached to your base AD permanently after it as sold. Max it could only give you 20 AD for 2x value which is a lot since you are not even giving up an item slot for it. It would also most likely need to be adaptive to be fair.

Unfortunately, an item like this would be super generic and any bruiser/Juggernaut/ fighter and maybe even tanks would take this item.
