The Elephant in the Room: Shaco
Currently has a really high winrate across all tiers, a high playrate, cancerous early game, strong mid game and isn't falling off lategame, and there's not much difference in WR between experienced, and new Shaco players.
I'm sorry, am I missing something here? Since when was that allowed? What happened to 'high skill cap, niche champ, has the potential for an abusively strong early game at the tradeoff of having a weak lategame, needs an experienced player for its full potential to be actualized, Shaco?'
Shaco isn't a simple champion. He isn't from a stable class (assassins traditionally have slightly lower winrates that should scale up higher with experience), and he doesn't have a kit that's simple to play against with clear indicators of counterplay. Furthermore, it's not a small pool of players that are inflating his WR, it's quite the opposite, his pickrate in plat and above is 9.4%, and isn't much lower in lower regions either.
He's been like this since he was reworked, first his AP builds were hotfixed, but for some reason he's slid under the radar since then despite being an obnoxious champion which, like Evelynn, should be immediately nerfed if they ever achieve both a high winrate and high playrate at the same time.
