Good job riot!! Took 4 weeks. You gave individual champions minor buffs within the 4 weeks. Now, you're reverting their power spikes.
Geee, i wonder what will happen to the champions whom you buffed individually.
Base stats are still nerfed
Fleet Footwork is still nerfed
IE doesn't have 50% extra crit damage
The items are getting costs reduced, but are also getting their direct stats nerfed. The ADCs that also received individual buffs were already underperforming compared to everyone else, and even more so after the crit item nerfs.
the IE change is actually a nerf... Also the crit items nerfed as well.
