Be it jungle camping a lane but doesn't have any real level disadvantage for said laner and jungler or the complete lack of an advantage the solo gets against a duo lane while usually being denied farm fairly well the increase in exp when it is being shared needs to go away.

And? Perhaps have support starting items have increased EXP gains when around higher level allies would make the position more interesting. Actually promoting supports to want to go to different lanes to try and apply pressure elsewhere sense it is most beneficial, it might even kill the "top lane is an island" joke that has often been all too true. This game has adapted to many changes. What is another one that alters a roll's meta away from "protect the ADC" being their primary focus? This has already somewhat happened with champs like Pyke so why not double down on it?
