Idk how people say she falls off cause she's basically a tanky assassin. Killing the adc or apc is good enough in a teamfight and she's tanky too. Irelia also can bully in lane

Honestly, if her E was taken away and just replaced with a slow only, it would be WAY healthier. Her damage is stupid, her cc is stupid, her mobiltiy is stupid, her sustain is stupid.
