please reconsider adding this item into the game and think of how it interacts with every single champion and what that would mean for the overall balance of the game before you just stuff it in next patch as is

this is about to break the game more than black cleaver, more than warmogs, more than anything ever has before

Its at the very least worth noting, that this is (thankfully unlike cinderhulk) EXTREMELY unlikely to see any use outside of jungle, given that its impossible to stack without kills or large / epic monsters slain. It would take too long to fully stack for any laner to use it efficiently.

That said, if it really becomes that gamebreaking, why not raise the amount of autos needed to activate Phantom Hit, to 5? (So every 5th auto within a certain amount of time would proc phantom hit)

What about feral flare or cinderhulk? More game breaking than those?

the issue is that this item apples on hit effects twice every other auto attack. this means thigns like teemo poision will be 3 for the price of 2 or Yi's true damage will be applied 3 times with 2 auto attacks.

Most of teemo poison damage is a DOT, which won't be increased when it is reapplied more rapidly.

It's also specifically designed not to work with WW and Fiora ults (two of the worst offenders with feral flare).

Yi might be a problem, but he's still squishy with 0 cc and probably won't get far unless fed. And they nerfed WW because of FF, they nerfed Sej because of Cinderhulk, even while they were also nerfing the items, so...

did ya watch the videos

Like the last video... it's a full build lvl 18 yi soloing Baron... yeah that's nothing, a lot of champions can do that right NOW with full builds. So the new update to this isn't gonna be a problem.

The issue isn't that he's beating Baron. the issue is that he's doing it in 20 seconds without any kind of trouble whatsoever. That means as soon as he's up, even if you have the place warded, your team may easily not have the time to react to it for a steal or a contest, which is friggin' stupid.

Dragon is decently strong, even though I'd buff him enough to make 1v1ing it impossible by anyone at any point, but Baron is shamefully weak, he's basically just a load of HP acting as an objective that low sustain champs need to avoid, not a 'boss'. They should; make %health damage be reduced/not work on Baron, make lifesteal/spellvamp not work on Baron, and double or triple it's damage. Then it'll feel like something challenging/rewarding to kill and not a free buff late game.

Again, he's fully built. Anyone can do pretty much that when they are fully built.

I'm less worried about the item itself and more worried about the knee-jerk reactions that are likely to follow. Champions that were previously balanced but become OP from this item will get nerfed into the ground in typical Riot fashion. Breaking other builds in the process, causing those champions to get walled into the devour build.

Well, it's not like someone like Aatrox has another viable build for them to break. And it's specifically designed not to break with Warwick (his ult is not basic attacks and will only apply the flat magic damage).

WW didn't end up in a good place after he rode the FF roller coaster, but Sej didn't come out too bad after the rise and fall of Cinderhulk. It's an issue to watch, but not necessarily to panic over.

The potential combination with BOTRK is more alarming IMO because it can apply to anyone, but honestly, doesn't BOTRK need a nerf of some kind anyway?

I'm more worried about champions that have viable tank and semi-tank builds like Shyvana.

Botrk is going to be an issue. The fact that Riot didn't address that already is a bit concerning.
