I want to Adress Zilean's !R! Key>

Chronoshift Cost: 125/150/175 Mana Range: 900 Zilean places a protective time rune on an allied champion, teleporting the champion back in time if they take lethal damage. Zilean marks himself or an allied champion with a protective time rune for 5 seconds. If the target would take lethal damage, they are instead transported back in time, regaining 600/850/1100 (+200% Ability Power) Health.

multiplied by 40 = 36 Sec Freelo ULT.

I don't understand how a Life saving ability that scales 200% From AP is able to revive you FULL nearly with 2k+ HP.

It is not ok to give such powerful ability with no punishment.

If he misuses the ult, wait for it to dissipate if you can, and its very, very useless, not to mention it puts them in stasis which is enough to leave them in and punish zilean himself for using it on an ally

It still requires you of 5 seconds not hitting the target and opening yourself up for 5 seconds.
