Do you rush Ludens Echo on any champions?

Gives him better wave clear without more casts. (As brand I typically do not build into my resource as I cannot stop myself from getting Torment / Void Staff early.) Brand loves more AoE Damage. Has alright ratios for the +120 AP. Really likes likes the extra MS due to no mobility but high base MS.

It applies Torment on things it hit, even if his spell didnt actually hit that target, refreshes torment, and procs off his passive doing damage if you build it to 100% while running / etc while the passive burns.

All in all as a season 2 onward Brand 'Main' / player.. its become my new favorite item for him.

Haven't used it personally, but it seems like it should be purchased on the likes of Ahri, Kat and LeBlanc as an alternative to Lich Bane for burst-oriented AP Champions who have no need to Auto-Attack (as opposed to champions such as TF, Akali or Diana).

Getting it as well as Lich Bane, too, would leave you with an unbalanced build.

You generally want Boots, Deathcap, Zhonya's, Void Staff, Morello's/Athene's and then one situational item (e.g. Abyssal, Banshee's, GA, Luden's, RoA, Tear, Lich Bane, Nashor's Tooth, Hex Core etc) on AP Mids.

I can't see it being rushed on anyone right now. Katarina is one of the few who potentially could as a resourceless champion, but other options are better in most circumstances. (early penetration or abysall against ap or a seeker's into a zhonya's against ad but most champions will benefit more from getting an early Mana sustain item over Luden's. Champions who would rush DFG won't benefit the same amount from rushing Luden's for kill pressure, so yeah. Prolly don't rush Luden's on anyone, but it can be useful for certain champs later in the game.

Leblanc and karthus use it but its their 3rd item. Leblanc wants morello and karthus wants seraphs before.ludens.

Prbably want a rabadon or zhonyas before.luden too

It shoudl stack pretty well with since she would be able to charge it several times on a battle. She probably can get 2 proc on a skirmish if it was previously charged and around 4 or 4 on a teamfight since every spells add 20 charge.

I sort of rushed it on Lux, and i dont know if it was worth it. It helps wave clear, and gives Ap and ms, but Lux still has mana issues, that have to be delt with early. I wasnt sure about rushing it, so i went dorans, pots, forbidden idol, wisp, large rod, Ludens, morolello, zhonyas then the game ended.

I rush it on Katarina. It gives you great ganking potential, waveclear, and great burst.

Apparently rushing it on Veigar works fairly well.

I rushed it on Teemo in ARAM. Shit was hilarious. I found out that Luden's will proc if any of his shrooms are hit, so if they hit one, you can hit R-W and run around really quickly and pull off a 2nd Luden Shroom in a row during a game if you're quick.
