Can we add A delay to leblanc's Distortion?

The thing is you already have time to CC her when she dashes. I know it looks bad, but in reality, LeBlanc is really screwed by people that time their CC perfectly to the point she will be deleted by them.

Her W is just a normal dash, and LeBlanc has the options: to dash onto an enemy for damage, which exposes her by a lot; to dash to get closer to the opponent, which is used just for mobility; and to run away. In the first scenario, she risks a lot, and can be killed by just using CC while she flies. In the other cases, she kinda wastes her ability for just some mobility, and her combo would be comparable to the damage of some Poke Mages.

I agree that there is room for changes in her kit, but her W isn't the real problem. From my point of view, her chain (E) needs some real tweaks, at least some changes to its range and width...

In that case it means you missed the moment to land your CC. While she dashes, she is vulnerable to anything you throw at her, and she cannot go back once she started the dash.

There are some players that say Lulu is the best counter to LeBlanc. When they were asked why, they said Lulu is great because if she reacts perfectly, she can cancel LeBlanc's combo with just one good CC, and Lulu has two for that!

Personally, playing against a LeBlanc is all about positioning, reactions and attention to the map. If you have all these qualities, she will most probably be forced to roam, and you will be prepared with an answer for most of the situations.
