She doesn't go Aftershock because of the armor. She goes Aftershock so it's another 2.5s of being unkillable, on top of the 5s from ult and Zhonya's, and another potential 2.5s from Stopwatch.

Legit, she only goes it because she gets a decent amount of HP from items and because her ult exists.
