Sion and nasus don't fit the concept of being interactive for the early part of a game.

They just sit back and farm without having to be worried much if at all about what is going on early game.

So Riot can you explain why having champs with stacking abilities while also being tanky is a good thing? It just seems like it promotes a play style that is not in line with the idea of having to out play the enemy to be impactful. And pressing Q every few seconds while rushing frozen heart is not in any way being interactive.

Is having stacking abilities really healthy for the game?

Actually, Sion isn't tanky at all til he gets stacking. Nasus just needs his passive changed, or made so lifesteal doesn't affect his bonus Q damage. Plus they are both pretty easy to harass early game. If they ignore you you kill them.

This idea makes me cringe. Nasus has his entire kit built with internal synergies. If you made him not lifesteal off of his Q, he'd be pretty worthless in lane.

To be fair a good Sion does kind of fight you, he'll harass you with E'd minions
