What I in my Opinion think the vayne changes are and why

IT. IS. NEITHER OF THOSE.
From where i stand, it looks like a simple shift of balance inside her Kit.
They nerfed her earlygame true damage and made her Q unable to crit but compensated by buffing her Q earlygame and giving her Ultimate a Yi-gimmiky buff.
Goal of this, from what i can see, is to shift vayne from a simple and stereotypical lategame champion into a hypercarry by giving her ultimate a Steroid rewarded by Snowballing out of control.
So far people would just sit there like. "Yeah, vayne 3 shot lategame and it's GG. Just survive until then." And i think this is being tweaked with These changes. So she doesn't require those 3 shot true damage crit tank killing AAs anymore but much rather has her damage Extended BUT both risks and rewards stronger defined. Those changes most likely serve the purpose to give her a chance to snowball, because as Things stand right now vayne is the only ad carry who relies solely on her scaling into lategame. An Out of control vayne unlike most other ADC's can still be shut down and killed effectively by the same opposing adc that is behind. Other ADC's can't.
So i think they simply wanna make her a Hypercarry with higher risks and higher rewards accordingly, and finally got rid of the Q crits which people have been asking for since it was invented.
