Original opinion: Youmuu's Ghostblade should only grant movespeed towards visible enemy champs

It's an assassin item right? For killing people? It just feels cheesy when u finally chased down a Riven properly and she just presses her assassin item to get away for free. I think it would be a balanced nerf, and if compensated was needed then I would increase the AD or Lethality along with the exact gold increase of whichever stat, be it 5 AD or 4 Lethality.

This should apply to Kled ult, as well. Its so awfully unthematic. Kled: "CHAAAARGE!!" Skaarl: in lizard "Aye Captain, at whom?" Kled: "OUR OWN FOUNTAIN, SKAARL!" Should be only castable towards an enemy champ within 500+its max casting range.

It's an assassin item and assassins are encouraged to roam, hence why the movement speed is not dependent on enemy vision. Furthermore, of ALL the lethality items, Youmuu's is not a problem nor is it by any means broken. It's got low stats and most of it's functionality is locked in the active. I don't believe it needs any changes because it's actually in a stable place.

item 3142 is worse than the other 2 lethality items, so the active it's what makes it viable.

Disagree, because there's times when you as the player know where an enemy player is, even if they're not visible to you.

Example 1: Enemy walked into a bush, you've got ward coverage on both sides of the bush, you know they're recalling in the bush, and you'll only get there in time if you've got the movement speed.

Example 2: Roaming Bot/Top because your teammates chunked out the enemy. The enemy is not sitting under tower because they'd be vulnerable to a tower dive, but you know they wouldn't walk all the way back to base, they're probably recalling in the bush near Tier 2 tower. You can activate Youmuu's to get there in time, but you don't have vision.
