I've won every game with Irelia since the first!

5-1 as Rework Irelia. I don't know how they managed it, but any champion that can make me look like a winner has got to be good. As an Irelia main through my first two years of League, I approve of this rework. They really nailed a balance between skill and reliability with her.

Her Q is a reliable farming and escape tool, but is insanely powerful if used with skill. Her W is a reliable way to help your team and prevent yourself from melting instantly when dove. Her E is a versatile stun that requires skill and timing to utilize effectively. Her ultimate, long my biggest problem with Irelia, offers just enough utility to be worth using, and requires just enough skill to not be boring to use (Thresh...).

Couple this with a passive that rewards active play, and Irelia is more fun than she's ever been. But more importantly, she makes me look like a winner. That's my girl! Making her summoner look good while said summoner coasts by on the entertainment value of trolling the enemy Kayn! This is a champion, my friends. A true partisan, representing her summoner well.

I don't often say this, but well done, Riot. Now please resist the urge to nerf her into oblivion.
