That kinda wastes tp tho, not sure if worth. Tho you'll have it back up sooner but well, with just tear and no tp you're not that strong. So yeah you finish it sooner but your laning still kinda meh

I saw a gp main do something like that when he fought me in mid lane... His team was too heavy however, and I as Malzahar made them even heavier.
