Cho and Gargoyle Broken Interaction

So why is it that this is allowed to even happen?

If Chogath buys item 3193 and casts its active Increasing Max HP but Reducing Damage by a % Chogaths ultimate still does full damage,

Allowing him to not only increase is HP by a shit ton, but also increase the damage his Ulti does since it scales off of HP.

So Is this bugged do to how True damage is coded? Is this intentional? Or is it an unforeseen affect of Gargoyle on Cho?

Either way it needs to be changed, asap.

You are really late, it's been like this since midseason. Dmg-Reduc has no affect on True Dmg and while I agree that champs, like Darius and Cho, who have True Dmg ults, who build this and can still stomp kinda sucks ass. They are still susceptible to CC and since it is a given that a Cho will build this item; don't allow him to get 3 people around him to proc the active, play smart.

If it was an issue, which it isn't, Riot would have fixed it or addressed it. TBH Cho kinda needs it because he really struggles so much in the game.

active does not need 3 people around him, you can still proc it regardless of number of enemies

Edit: how does saying a Fact about the items active get down votes lol. You cant dispute it can be activated without any enemies nearby lol.

Yeah, but then you get 40% bonus health, which is basically nothing for his ult, compared to 100% bonus health for the three enemies.

40% increase is ALOT. Yes 100% is more but dont underestimate how much a 40% increase is on an Infinate HP scaling champion.

Cho can easily get 4k hp or more, with 2k+ counting towards the active, easily giving 800+ HP at 40%.

FYI 800 is about 2x more HP than most HP items give.

Why is it that people only now really complain about this, even though it's been around since the mid-season? If it was really such a big problem, it would have been fixed during the mid-season.

Yea no, people were complaining about it but it died down because everyone stopped playing cho. Now with his new e and other buffs to his kit he is a lot more popular and people are starting to notice it again.

Exactly. New changes on his E makes it so he can stick to an enemy and Ult them easier once they r in execute range

Idc how strong or weak he is, the item states "reducing damage" but due to the fact its true damage it is not reduced. I dont beleive that this interaction was intended.
