so you'd cripple fiora out of her own niche, prioritize a rework other then the one your dev team has already started on and completely change the rework schedule effectively lying to your player base. then actually do something thats worth the time and effect to be looked at.

That sounds like a player issue, not a balance issue. The people on your team have their helmets on to tight, simple as that.

Easy, remove Fiora true damage passive, don't let Darius ult reset, make Katarina take SOME skill (at least difficulty 6/10 instead of 2/10), rework Tryndafuck so his unstoppable ult isn't the only thing that makes him good, Actually make Lee Sin bad at something, don't let Yasuo have infinite dashes AND a wind wall just rework the fucker, need I go on?
