Oh so you are one of those people who has an unshakable belief that Teemo can't be strong and if you think he is strong than you're a noob. Play any melee top laner against pre-nerf tank Teemo and talk again :)

xd i watch anime and i think that teemo is oppressive but laning against zed is fine xd zed is so cool i like ninjas here is what i heard

I mean teemo is oppressive and broken. He was broken, less so after the patch but he probably still needs a nerf. I permanently ban him atm, orn is op too (broken for some people) but at least you can somewhat farm in lane vs him and survive.
