New summoner's spell: Tactical Insertion (or "Revival Shrine")

Me and my friends were joking on what a new summoner spell would be and the first thing that came up from me (as a joke) was COD's tactical Insertion (the thing that lets you respawn where you place it)...we laughed it off, but then we started to discuss it later on that day.

essentially what we came up with is you place it like a ward. it creates a small shrine. Next time you die, your death timer gets cut in half and you respawn there.

Personally i don't feel it wold do much but i thought I'd post it here to listen to you guy's thoughts on it, as well as suggesting other summoner spell ideas.
