Does Riot have any upcoming plans to address balance criticisms?
The conditional movement speed rune tree.

I know there's a ton of others, these are my top 3.

No. When has Riot ever taken balance criticism properly?
That's the simplest answer. They either suck at their job or don't want to actually fix the game. Either way, both are bad in the effort to make a good game.
Omg nerf Ignite movement speed by 5 plz rito, we need balance
Riot has already addressed balance issues by releasing a cute kawaii lesbian monster girl champion, who will most likely get at least one new skin per year.

Graves has been broken for 3 years so I highly doubt it.
Riot doesn't meaningfully nerf champions anymore because it loses them money.
They reverted LB because she was fair and that was boring for the people who played her. The patch notes are a lie - they're not going to fix her later. They're going to take ten damage off her W.
Camille, Kayn, and Yasuo have been problems since release that are never going away. Aatrox, Akali, Alistar, Darius, and Irelia are never going to go away. They're never going to fix inting Sion.
They are never going to fix these problems, because broken champions bring in more money than their presence costs because the game state is garbage, and they can just pivot to esports anyway once it becomes a problem.
Their player base is in China. They don't have to care about what we say.
Lol idk about other champions but I can explain LB:
LB was reverted because the rework put her in a Ryze like balance state: if her numbers were good, she was the best champion in the game. If her numbers were bad, she was still pretty damn good. Having great wave clear, sustain, burst (Quadra proc) mobility, vision and team fighting was just too much for the meta. She was single handedly too good, so she was reverted.
Now about the 10 damage nerf. This forces Leblanc to buy Ludens as a first Item if she wants to clear caster minions with 1 W (as well as max W) instead of being able to build other items and being able to kill casters. This hurts her wave clear significantly and makes champions that can push from afar more clear counters.

Quit complaining and take that butt whooping
Ignite is fine. But I don’t think the TP nerfs should go through.
You should work at riot balace team
I honestly don't understand why people think Ignite is so strong. It's only purpose is to kill one person. That's it. TP allows you to have a MUCH larger map presence.
People die to something and then they don't like it so it's op
I hate this team oriented meta. I have no control over anything.
Yeah, its called having the playerbase learn to play instead of begging for riot to change things for them.
I hope so my main problem with season 8 was how bad it was balanced.

Inb4 Gameplay boards will get heavy censoring, if not straight out removal lol
Riot loves trolling
Irelia got quite the nerf from the runes. Without Crysalis and Boneplating, she's much more squishy. Yes, she can take some armor/mr runes, but guess what, so can her opponents.
Now, let's consider 2 things, both objective facts:
Notice how both contradict eachother? Now, if you need to be a good Irelia player have the "no counter" impact, then, what about other champs who are even more stupid to deal with, just that they see less play? (Donger is an example)
Top lane Irelia is squishier while most enemies get to have similar stats as before, while Mid Irelia is as well, more squishy, but her opponents are tankier as anyone can now take armor. Funny, right? You got the nerfs you wanted, yet noone sees them because they aren't direct.
Also, I suggest this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_7aNuCAI68 and this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-sotWTYQFU and this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7b0nBycullo
All 3 give you tips and tricks on how to deal with Irelia, and fun fact, they were from before the rune stat changes, so these things will affect her even more. Such nerfs should be given a bit of time to see the actual results, as it may be enough to push Irelia out of her "throne".
Now, not sure what you mean by "mobily tree". Celerity no longer gives damage, so the bigger move speed is a huge buff to Foodyr...wait no, Sonic, wait, I mean Udyr, it's a nerf to the rune for the general champion base, as everyone took it for the free ms and dmg, but both are gone now.
As for Ignite, well, that's understandable, can get a minor nerf.
Why the same people who are responsible for Season 8 should do better now?
