@Morello about the buff Darius need

Darius is being looked at for a buff. Well, I don't know if you saw this but i'd like him to have his full reset back BUT have a recast time on the same target see:

I feel like this would make him in the same spot as he was before the ult nerf which he was balanced and not weak but still make him unable to kill his lane over and over and most important not useless late game.

I think Darius is fine overall and only need this change to stay relevant late game and maybe add a scaling per level on his ms bonus on his passive, something like: 3/5/7/9/11% to help vs big utility champ in the late game or make his ms passive doubles when reaches 5 stacks
