I am vladimir main for 4 years. Have more than 5k games in general.

Seriously, have you ever think about reworking him or "meehh, lets rework vlad he is easy to play and toxic".

Because you made a toxic champion even more toxic now. People go support vlad in my elo (2300) and they single handly win the bot. Why? Because he is toxic now more than ever.

i always tought new vlad is kind of sheit because of his E before the rework i was going 25% cdr at level 1 and Q E harass spam like crazy win lane all the time but now with his new E it feels so clunky and meh

old E wouldnt deal 700dmg to an adc(900to minions) with 200 ap yeah? New e does.
