Love him or hate him. Teemo has been on the shit tier list for almost a year now. There is like zero threat from him. He can't teamfight for shit. He's extremely squishy. And he really isn't even a lane bully anymore.

Riot gave him recently gave him bouncing shrooms (which is pretty worthless to be honest). I'm actually really disappointed that all he got from the MYMU was a tiny bit of mana.
