I have never witnessed a Vayne player build Ravenous Hydra. They were likely either Bronze or following an Ultimate Bravery build.

anyone who ever played on EUW + NA knows that EUW is a lot better. Nightblue is stuck in diamond 5 on euw (lost 8 games in a row LOL.) and gets easy challenger on NA.

NA is probably better than the small servers like Oceania, Brazil, Russia, etc, just because of the sheer # of players. Smaller servers have less people and therefore also, by proportions, less "good" players while larger servers have more people and therefore more good players if proportions are the same

Considering it's a melee-only item, I have absolutely no idea why anyone would build that on Vayne. Even item 3085 would be a better option.

It's easy to build if you are behind and it gives not terrible stats. Sure you don't get the passive, but if you are shut down (and she can get shut down) it's an option. Not a great option, but an option. Waiting for 1550 as a shut down ADC is a terrible experience.

uhh just get bork. It gives better stats for Vayne and the items that build into it are cheaper. I don't know why you would try to justify building a hydra on Vayne.
