until those 2 broken champs are fixed.. please put them at the top of your list of bans..

the same is true for the other champs aswell. its herd mentality. people keep banning them because thats the champs that everyone bans.
they were nerfed the last couple patches and are in a good spot now. but no one really knows because they keep getting banned.

It's the nature of the game that certain champions are going to be more powerful than others. Otherwise you end up with a flat power level, and it doesn't matter what champion you play because none of them are that strong. That doesn't make for a fun experience. This won't last forever, the same way the tank meta didn't last forever.

Fiora is a lot squishier than she used to be. Unless she outplays you, mainly with her W, it is now quite easy for many toplaners to overpower her and kill her in laning phase (whereas before the HP nerf she could simply smash your face with AA). She has to play safe, she has to harass a bit and she has to use her mobility now.
Darius is still absurdly broken. His raw power in simply by far too high, despite his utter lack of mobility or the fact that he has no sustain if he doesnt hit champions. And in teamfights he still heals himself for an absurd amount.
Big Lincoln2 voteshis raw power and sustain are fine. he makes trade-offs for them and he has plenty of counterplay. he's focused around forcing sustained fights and then capitalizing on that where he becomes strongest; before that, he's pretty sub-par in duels and teamfights
If you want to nerf Darius in a fair way then I would suggest a slight nerf on his Q's blade radius; it clips you way too often at the very edge when you're not in the circle and it's very unforgiving for larger champions to work around, which is much more problematic in lane than you'd think

Yes, yes, YES.
This is exactly what I have been saying about Darius. It's not hard for him to hit Qs, and as a tank it's nearly impossible to avoid the blade unless you're literally standing inside him.
