I am struggling in jungle with Kha'Zix.
I enjoy using him, but the problem is his jungle clears. He gets too low, and I constantly have to back in the early game. What rout do you take with him?

lol what. you do a full clear to lvl 4 with machete and refillable and then upgrade machete and you will always stay full forever.
Start bot side with machete, kill camp then buff. Go get a scuttle. Clear other buff. Should still be high on health and can look for a gank. Max q first and always kill the little things at camps so you get isolation. Rush warrior into ravenous hydra.
Try Talisman and 3 pots, the lifesteal/spellvamp mastery, and the biscuit mastery. It helps to start bot when you can. My usual clear if I'm Krugs side follows with Krugs>Raptors>Wolves>Blue Buff>Scuttle. But that's just me. Most would probably recommend a shorter path like clearing out your first side. When you do get to scuttle crab, try not to dish out too much damage on it with your Qs and use your W to gain tons of hp back.
What I like to go is 12-18 with full armor yellows and blues. I get machete and 3 pots. I start red with a leash if i can and smite to get my hp back. I then go to raptors and then wolfs. If needed go to scuttle and kill it for the life steal, then go blue. If you ever get low on health go kill the scuttle.
