@riot Yi was built around ghostblade

And he's still gated by the fact he can't use it. His ult speed, gated because he was built to use it with highlander, his ults attack steroid while good is still gated by the fact it was built around using highlander. Ghostblades attack speed needs to come back or there needs to be a new similar item for yi without lethality to do the same thing. Why can't we just have the attack speed melee only or half it for ranged champs Yi was built to use this item, but in its current form Yi is the only melee champ that actually gimps his own damage BY ALOT for getting it
