Ghostblade item for skirmishers

AS a Yi main and for someone which ghost blade was core on my build forever this season since the assassin update has really felt bad. Everyone can use ghostblade better then yi, I cant tell you how annoying it is and I get why it cant exsit the attack speed makes no sense on other assassins and adcs who liked armpen it was to good on so how about a compromise?

(insert name of item here) AD 30 or 40 Active (same name as ghostblade so you can only use one) have ever give the item a second unique passive that if using Ghostblades names active the user will gain 40% attack speed for (same time as ghostbaldes active) and now we have a perfect item for skirmishers, it has no armpen so Assassins wont want it and not enough AD for ADCS to want to pick it up.
