Especially with the lethality build and him being able to one hit you with that shit ton broken Ultimate and then just being able to escape no problem while being uncatchable.

He was busted 2 patches ago. now he is around 51% winrate and while he still has the level 2 cheese he is much more reasonable than he was then.

His ult isn't where most of his damage comes from it's the passive. The ult still hits very hard though.

in Addition to that, most of the time he just Needs a duskblade. then he goes missing. then Comes the damage. then you just take a look on the scoreboard. And then you wonder how he is 12/2/1 at Minute 15. and has 36 cs

I recently acquired level seven mastery on Talon, and one thing I noticed playing the re-worked him was that he is super passive reliant, and by that logic he is ultimate reliant.

He early game is very strong, and it's really when he wants to try and snowball. Try to avoid getting Hit by both proc's of rake, and if you do, run for it, flash if you need to and try to dish as much damage out as you go.

Once he gets his ultimate, beware! That gives him passive proc nearly 100% of the time, however at level one the cool down it pretty high, and the lethality items only give 10% with ghost blade.

As a responsible laner, you should always spam danger and type Talon MIA when he disappears, also warn them when he backs because he might just mosey on down to bot lane before coming back mid. It's important to note that Talon is hard to ward against, because of his E.

Bonus points for pointing out when he has dirk+mobis, meaning he is definitively going to roam.

Don't face check with Talon, and try to avoid roaming as he will out roam and probably kill you if you are a squishy/immobile.
