Can we fix the how the servers shut down when you are in game?

Right now if you play a game and the servers need to go down you get a random "disconect from the server trying to reconnect" the message you always get when you DC or something is going on

THIS IS BAD because you are in game and you everything freeze and you get this message and then you get the whole "if you quit the game you re gonna get banned bla bla"

THIS WHOLE THING need to be reworked when the servers are going down for any reason and the games need to stop half way through the message should be "The servers are down for X reason the game now will quit in 5-4-3-2-1" and the game quit

No Everything freeze the game tell you that you are scum of earth trying to quit and you should get banned this is an old system that the new client should have already reworked
