Anybody remember Soul Shroud? It was an item that was removed in S2 (I think) that granted nearby allies cooldown reduction and mana regeneration. Obviously, it wasn't a good buy back then, but now with everyone running out of mana every 3 spell casts, an aura that gives mana regeneration might be useful again.
Dunno what item I'd put it on, but at the very least it should be considered.

If you don't have Exhaust, you often can kiss your carry (and yourself) goodbye when an assassin comes around.

They'd probably put an aura on an item specifically designed for the job.
