"ADC would be Shit without support" New player's opinion on ADC and Support roles.

So I was teaching my level 3 friend how to play the game today, and she loves jinx. I decided to support her in lane to help her learn. After our 3rd game, she said " Yea playing jinx is way better than playing ashe. Plus the tutorial thow's you in there solo as an adc. You don't even get a support. ADC's WOULD BE SHIT WITHOUT SUPPORT"

Love your supports guys. If a level 3 noob knows the importance of a support, you should too. <3

The level 3 got an actual support and not some guy that wants to play full damage "Oh X champion has CC, that makes him a support".

I mean Annie, velkoz, and xerath are all viable supports in solo

Only play a damage support if they deal a lot of damage.

Without building damage.

(have you SEEN Anivia + Vayne with tear, boots and Sightstone ONLY? It's scary. I even ended up building tanky (GA, Swiftness Alacrity boots, Talisman of Ascension or Eye of the Watcher's (already have slows, so no need for Claim), Ruby Sightstone or Zeke's or Zz'Rot, Liandries, Archangel's))

Examples include Vel, Anivia, Zyra or Karma (Karma does dem damages, don't question the power of karma)

No annie.

So you're saying Ashe is usually played solo or something? Otherwise I don't get why you'd mention Ashe and Jinx, instead of just "ADC'S WOULD BE SHIT WITHOUT SUPPORT"

And the tutorial's in ARAM, I'm pretty sure, ARAM ADCs don't need supports most of the time, as everyone peels for each other in constant 5v5

Here's the thing: a good support can make an ADC, but a good ADC should not have to rely on their support.

Look at the best ADC players (rekkels, doublelift, bang, etc.). As long as they aren't hopelessly behind, they can make things happen without their team, and that is how it should be. You alone should be a treat, something to personally deal with. With a good support, that treat level goes up even more

Not entirely true, plenty of ADCs can do well in a solo lane. But yes, ADCs would in fact be terrible playing a 1v2 most of the time. I play both roles, currently back to ADC, so I definitely respect my supports.
