It's literally written in his introduction. The website is a player's blog and most of its content is his own opinion not a study. He doesn't even present statistics to indicate that he has done any research.

Only if you give them stronger ratios, tankyness/shields, better itemization, and multiple forms of hard cc. Comparing squishy ad assassins to pre-nerf gragas and ekko is so ridiculously stupid that it doesn't even warrant a response from competent players, which is why I'm taking the liberty of posting in an obvious circle-jerk thread.

While I hate Zed like the next guy. You have to admit its hard to "fix" him. When he had that one second delay on his ult, he was literally nonexistant. He was basically garbage since someone that played him well could play another similar Assassin better. If something small like that broke him in a bad way, how do you fix him?
