Why are they nerfing singed?

AS someone who has never lost to singed in lane, no matter what the situation, i just don't understand why they are nerfing singed. Is it a joke???

Singed lanes are boring imo. He needs a rework more than nerfs.

I don't know but it's probably the new riot polish of getting more than 54% (or 53,5 for skilled player) equal nerf even if their ban rate is horrible low. I honestly hate this kinda of situation mostly because they also have low playrate (mostly otp or main) and some of those low pick and high wr are still on need of some buff ( KogMaw Twitch Taliyah Kayle )
