Should we add a HP scaling to Cho'Gath ult damage?

Hes been in the shitter for a while now, adding hp scaling to his ult will reward him more for stacking his ult up and help tank cho to do more damage.

Or perhaps have all his cast animations speed up?

Tank cho doesn't really need to do that much damage.

Would be an interesting way to buff him. There are so many ways he could be buffed, but Riot doesn't care about him.
