After you get M7 on a champion there is no incentive to keep up the same effort put in to get S(-,+). There should be hextech rewards for further your effort. Since chests are such a big problem, why don't we get pieces of a chest? Or more blue essense? etc.

Zen Ineth2 votesThe whole point of the mastery system is to encourage skill on a champion you're learning. Once you get to Mastery Seven, the system acknowledges that you're at least competent to consistently attain S ranks. After that, the incentive is playing the champion and showing off how well you know and play that champion.

I absolutely adore making my enemies tilt because I'm a lvl 7 shaco
The point of lvl 7 isn't for a reward, it's to demoralize the opposition
