5.16 Patch notes Mordekaiser AS/lvl lies

Patch note clearly says that his attack speed per level has been increased from 2.6 to 3% which is a nice big lie. ATTACK SPEED GROWTH STAT 2.6 ⇒ 3 Actually it has been nerfed to ~1.6% - 1.7% per level.Also the nerf to his base attack speed has been left out conveniently.

Now compare it to the values ingame and you will see that Riot flat out lied about this.

If it's a bug which i highly doubt i made a comment about it on the PBE weeks ago so that's not an excuse for this either.

There are many changes in the patch notes from the last PBE update. I'm unsure of what notes are correct, but I've been following the patch notes over the PBE.

Well show me one patch note that mentioned the AS/lvl nerf to ~1.6-1.7% because i missed it.

It was taken down to 2.2. I don't know where 1.6 came from though.
