Riot should focus a lot more resources and testing on reworks

Akali will make it into pbe in this state. A non-targetable-even-by-tower champ. I have several problems with this.

  1. Who thought about that Twilight shroud ability? Fire them. Invisibility is an insane advantage thanks to removal of 90% of true sight items. But now telling me that this bxtch can dive me and I can't even target her is about as much I can take.
  2. When reworking champs, does Riot consult Akali mains to talk about potential ability changes? This is something they should do. Or at least consult pro players to test this out. Make them sign NDAs if you have to. But for the love of God, don't depend on gold/plat opinions.
  3. Did she really need another dash? She already has one on her ult, now she has another? That's just overloading her kit.
  4. Finally, WHAT IS THAT ULT?!

Riot you need to divert A LOT of resources to making reworks good. Put all new champions on hold and focus on reworks because reworks have more impact that new champ releases. I don't care if the reworks and new champ departments are seperate. JOIN them and work on a rework. Because anymore trash reworks and the playerbase will start giving up.

Untargetable.

AoE and skill shots still hit her. If she unstealths (which she has to do to, you know, actually do anything), she gets revealed and procs agro. As long as the turret fires before she goes back in, it hits her. Whenever something does hit her, it makes her shimmer so that you can see her location. You just can’t click on her.

Um...you lost me at your math....

Her ult has 3 dashes on live, that are longer than her reworked ones, which also are 2, the 3rd being moved to her E, which is a skill shot that can be dodged, so it's still 3 dashes.

Her 2 ult dashes have the combined range of 1.5-1.75 dashes from live, so it's even harder for her to keep up, also, no resets.

Talking math, she even lost 1 mobility skill, as her W, beside giving her movespeed and slowing enemies, also had a small blink on it.

Now, the W....people need to learn to read more, from the main page "While obscured, Akali is stealthed and though her position can be revealed, Akali herself can't be—meaning she can't be targeted by abilities or attacks, including by turrets."

Basically, what happens is similar to what would happen if you use Oracle on her current W. You can see where she is, just can't target her unless she strikes.

Also, even in the vid it is shown that she DOES get a turret shot each time she attacked, so basically, cheap troll attempt from a smurf account is cheap.

They did consult Akali mains. The person who leaked it before Riot was Professor Akali, who stated be saved gameplay info from his time at Riot.
