Can we talk about Zoe (Yes AGAIN!)

It's mainly a rant but I need to vent. This champs kit is so fcking overloaded that it's not even funny.

1. Right off the bat, her passive is has a mini lich bane passive with a 32.5 AP ratio WITH NO COOLDOWN. And get this, it's not a projectile so Yas and Braum can't do shit.

2. Her Q. Amazing bullshit ability. Whether close or far, that shit deals insane dmg. They nerfed Taliyah's Q to remove AoE but this ability still has AoE. LOGICCC.

3. Her W. Absolute BS. The most overloaded ability in the kit. Oh you poked her TO 20% HP in lane? Watch her get 2 heals and 1 redemption. Summ shards grant vision (but nerf GP barrel vision, right?) and they last for 40 FCKING SECONDS. 40! She can back and get back to lane and still get that shit. Then this ability grands 30-70 MS for 2-3 seconds. HOW DO YOU TRADE? JUST HOW?! And it also activates when she uses her own Summs which is just stupid. Remember Distortion boot enchantment (http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Distortion)? This ability has a passive of Distortion on Steriods. Then the dmg. You would think with all the mentioned things above, there can't be anything more, right? RIGHT?! WRONG! This ability has a 21.6 % AP ratio PER ORB and focus Zoe's attack target which means it's highly likely she'll hit all 3 totalling at about 65% AP Ratio Total. It also has a 0.25 cd so she can spam as many orbs as she wants as long as there are shards on the ground.

4. Her E. Riot decided to use his champ to introduce 2 new CC types. Drowsy Slows you, basic. Sleep however, can leave you useless for up to 2 seconds. Forgot to mention, this ability deals dmg on attachment with a 40% AP ratio. But max mixed dmg for interrupting sleep has AN 80% AP RATIO. And part of that mixed dmg is true dmg. Funny mechanic, if you spell shield after being hit, you will still sleep. This is utter trash logic. Also the extended range is also unnecessary but oh well.

5. This ability may seem simple but in reality it makes all the aforementioned abilities even more hard to play against. Hiding behind minions? Boop! You are hit with the sleepies. Want to focus me? Boop! I'm back with a 700 magic dmg Q in your face.

Her ability with the highest mana cost is 80 and the one with the highest CD is 16 at rank 1. You can imagine her at rank 18.

I have no idea how this champ left champion design phase, PBE and has remained like this SINCE PATCH 7.23! I JUST DON'T GET IT. RIOT. FIX. THIS. SHIT. GOSH! JEEZ! DAMMIT!
