Not really, most ARAM games (I say "most") are lost from the loading screen. You can just noticed how the game starts, one team will be stuck behind their tower and can't poke / engage, while the other will just stomp them.

Yeah it is there really is no reason to play SR till they fix snowball, towers, damage creep and jungle diversity/balance and revert scuttle.

Lol, that seem true to me, I don't have stats / numbers to back up this statement, but I feel like if you're a good player, it's easier to be above 50% winrate in ARAM compared to ranked.
