Riot you need to ban afk people

So i have lost 3 promo ranked games in the last 2 days because of people just quiting, its getting way out of control chat bans do nothing most league players see them as a joke becuase honor means nothing and not typeing for 10 games is easy, im sick of losing games because my mid or adc dies early then quits, all games are winnable but when it becomes a 4v5 in the first 15mins its just stupid, Riot your ban after game only bans players if they get enough reports but people need to be BANNED FROM PLAYING if thy are going to just give up
