viktor feels awful to play right now.

I can't one shot caster minions with my E with a nlr and the first E augument. never playing viktor again. that was the viktor thing. clearwing the back minions after a back or two. now even while using ap runes that i didnt use before I can't do it.

Riot hates to Viktor.But Lux is still untouchable.

You're not supposed to be able to clear waves before you finish one item. Viktor's thing is that he gets a 180 AP item late game. Viktor is a late game champ. Before you finish your first item you shouldn't be able clear waves.
