So someone at Riot figured out I like to build Luden's Echo on Kennen and decided to give me their big fat middle finger by putting 500 mana on it. Obviously wasn't enough mana for mana champs, we need more. As for Kennen, the least updated and one of the worst champs currently, let's just keep shitting on him.

kennen is on the list for a VGU so they probably aren't thinking of how the current AP item reworks will affect him
