How do I play against LeBlanc?
Everything I try to hit her with she just dashes away from. How do I kill her?

Step 1: Tell yourself not to cry. Step 2: Start the game. Step 3: Notice the leblanc pick. Step 4: Begin crying as you know you will be broken down and crying by the end of match. Step 5: Consult step 4.

Hope to god you have mobility, because it still probably won't be enough to get away when she tags you with the effing chain.
if she dashes forward use all of your skillshots in a forward line covering the return pad. she has no choice but to take them.
Play something with cc (either targeted or at least fast). Wait for her w forward and hit her. If you miss you lose if you dont then gj you get to stay in lane.
Or just lock in morgana. Build catalyst negatron max w. Unless you are just flat out worse you'll go even.
Just play
because he will force her to farm under her turret and he has way more range than her.
Do what is the first thing is in the book - pick a counter. I suggest morgana due to her waveclear and defensive abilities. You can also make her waste her mana by using her dash constantly.
Whenever there's a LeBlanc... I play Karma. I've also had success with Lux.
Karma seems to be a very hard counter to LeBlanc.
I also quite find it funny when both LeBlanc's and Karma's stuns go off at the same time... Both of us can't really do anything. XD

Karma was strong against the old one, but the reworked LeBlanc is able to compensate and farm instead of having the kill pressure. This is what actually makes she strong - she does not fall behind that easy. But some mobile champions like Zed or Ahri are good pick against her. Ori is pretty safe. But it's still obvious that it needs some knowledge to win against a LeBlanc.
