What does 
do against Flash Tibbers?
You can't flash or QSS it since it's instant and you can't bind her since she can flash over it.
She just nukes you and Zhonyas then waits for her 5k Cinderhulk tank with CC to bail her out.
At least Zed doesn't have hard CC that he can always have up and has items to help beat him.

No counterplay to flash+Tibbers? Sorry buddy, but flash is a universal ability. If she flashes, you can too. If you don't have flash or just don't, you got outplayed (I believe Zed would 100-0 a squishy without flash, wouldn't he?). Think you can't react in time with

. It's like QSS for Zed to Annie, in exact terms of counterplay.
Also Annie doesn't become untargetable during her ult, then get an escape on top of it with a no resource cost. Remove Zed's shadow and his untargetability, leaving just the damage, and then we can talk about removing the cc from Tibbers.
And you can QSS the cc. You got mobility, Annie doesn't. The tradeoff is you can't QSS the damage. Get for her ult for "counterplay," just like QSS for Zed's ult.

NoMonku1 votesZed has plenty of counterplay. He is an assassin and like all assassins he gets countered as the enemy gets beefy enough to survive his burst. Damage dealers can also get

Annie has different counterplay to Zed. She is pretty short ranged, so she can get poked pretty easily. Her playstyle is also VERY linear. Outside of her flashing, all she can do is walk towards you and throw down Tibbers. It is effective, but very telegraphed so it should be avoidable. If she catches you from FoW, sure it hurts, but so would almost any other champion. If AP Annie is wrecking you, get . If you're an ADC get . You can also take 
if you fear her so much, though outside of exhaust/cleanse, I say they are excessive and unneeded.

Nameless Voice1 votesStay out of her range when her stun is up. Attack her when it's down. Poke her from outside her range. Keep your health up so that she can't burst you, buy magic resistance if you feel she's a threat.
If she flashes at you, flash yourself to avoid it. If you don't have flash available, use Barrier (a good choice against her, especially for Lux.)
Or ask your jungler to gank until she blows her flash, at which point you are safe from her for almost 5 minutes.
