God...they are buffing rengar.

Why? Ivern sucks,shaco is basically a troll pick, and garen is pretty shit, also those champions are getting changes that will overall be a net buff but idk by how much.

Like none of the champions listed are good.

Also lol blitz is getting nerfed lol. Why not just revert the fucking buff to him.

So, Garen, Shaco, Viktor and Ivern are all getting mechanical changes that are focused on QOL/feel of the champion and are probably listed as "buffs" because the champion should feel stronger (even if I believe the intention for shaco at least is that he actually isn't).

Which brings our buff list to Locket, Rengar, Lissandra and Varus. Of those, I really feel like Rengar is the only one where people have any reason to be freaking out and that's just because of the razor edge balancing of Rengar being overpowered and useless.

Excuse me, i'll be right back after I collect the pieces of my soul after seeing Rengar get considered for buffs despite being in a stable spot (and sometimes a bit too strong because of the cleanse gray health mechanic on W).

They better be doing something about defensive stats this preseason, or everyone's gonna be in for one hell of a rollercoaster season next season that will top this season lol.

Locket needs changes, alright but to be honest, if they want better shield items, bring back face of the mountain If they buff Ivern's shield he will be straight up overpowered Viktor? The only thing a good Viktor would need is higher base armor but then again, since Iceborn is still melee and range, if they touch any number of his, it would be a instant Viktor top meta. Shaco. Interesting. I really wonder what they gona change even tho, at this point it does not matter. Let's be serious, Shaco needs a rework Garen? Really now? What are you going to do? Increase his E damage? Just revert his E already and let's get over with it, no buffs needed. Are you kidding me?! Rengar? Of all people, Rengar?! Riot's balance team apes are back at it again. Mark my words, Lissandra will return toplane if they increase any of her damage or sustain. And Varus..why do I get a feeling that they gonna increase his Q damage..hope I am wrong

Wow Riot, you gonna nerf Qiyana? Right before Worlds? Well, that is a pleasant sight, except if its going to be a -2 speed nerf... Blitzcrank? I hope its a revert because Blitzcrank does not need nerfs! Pantheon, let's hope that it is a nerf to what makes him powerful and not random crap

The Ivern thing is really minor, and maybe more nerf than buff.

I like the locket buffs. For anyone wondering, only at level 18 will the current locket break even with the PBE locket.
